From the showroom to the next idea.
I founded Synergy Holdings Inc. in 1998. Today, it operates Big Bob’s Flooring Outlet and Flooring America in Yuma. That experience is the starting point for how I think about business: understand what needs to happen, prepare carefully, and follow through.
FloorWise AI began with tools for my own flooring operations. FloorWise Inc. is an independent software company, with a focus that grew from real work inside the business.
Baja is part of the picture.
I’m based in Ensenada and run businesses in Yuma. Today, I race Trophy Truck #55 and my Polaris Pro R in the NORRA series with Basura Blanca Racing.
Over the years, I’ve raced a Class 1 race car and owned two naturally aspirated Polaris RZRs, which I raced in SCORE and NORRA. I also previously raced a Can-Am Maverick R.
Travel, racing, and time away from the desk belong here too. This site is a place to bring those parts of life together—and make room for the people and ideas I meet along the way.
